Case Management Update - May 2018
Key Highlights This Month:
The fiscal meetings are continuing, Navigant has started the work with the three counties but is not far enough along to have any substantive updates. The Initial Design Team is spending the bulk of their time working on the definition of case management. We are using the federal definition as a starting point and fleshing it out from there. The Initial design team has several county reps along with DHS, providers and advocates so the review is from many different perspectives. DHS is planning to have stakeholder meetings throughout the State this summer and fall.
