DHS Housing Program staff will be presenting on the legislative changes at the September MACSSA meeting
Transportation.
- Good news! RSVP language does allow for seniors registered in their programs to receive income for no load miles in excess of the .14$ without having to claim as taxable income. Please be sure, however, to review these rules with your county atty.
- Non-Emergency Medical Transportation meeting is being coordinated for some time in Sept. Potential agenda item includes providers having questions as to single administrative structure language.
