ISBM Update - September 2017
Key Highlights This Month:
Our ISBM project charter has been updated to reflect a timeline extension to accommodate the stakeholder feedback/vetting plan to be implemented in multiple phases. The initial draft of the Business Model continues to be actively vetted. A number of presentations are scheduled with internal/external stakeholder groups during September that Project Team Members and the Business Solutions Officer are taking part in. This includes sharing the business model documents with county social services directors to share with staff for input.
Requested Actions Needed From MACSSA:
Continue to provide feedback on the draft model. We will be presenting at the MACSSA Fall Conference.
