Key Highlights This Month:
The team presented at the MACSSA fall conference to gain additional feedback on the revised business model. The team has also been presenting the model to a variety of other stakeholder groups, including individual counties, teams within DHS, and community groups. The stakeholder vetting process will continue this month and into next month.
Requested Actions Needed From MACSSA:
The project team is requesting final approval of the model at the November MACSSA meeting.
New Trends in This Area:
Feedback from stakeholders has generally indicated support for the overall goals of the model, with some concern about the scope of the project, especially when it comes to modernizing technology.
